Information you provide
The enquiry form may ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, intended study level, preferred destination and message. Please do not send passport scans, bank details or other sensitive documents through this form.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your question, understand what study-abroad guidance you are looking for and follow up about that enquiry.
Enquiry delivery
When direct email delivery is enabled, form information is transmitted to an email delivery provider so the enquiry can reach A-ZAIN Overseas. That provider processes the information as part of delivering the message. If the direct delivery service is not available, the form offers a pre-filled email draft instead.
Retention and security
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a record of the conversation and meet applicable obligations. Online transmission is not risk-free, so please share only the details needed to explain your enquiry.
